Treasury Administrator-Leading Aircraft Leasing Company

Our client is a leading Aircraft Leasing company with an office in Dublin City Centre. They are currently seeking a treasury administrator to join the team. You will report to the assistant treasurer and work as part of the Treasury team to manage acquisition and refinance of aircraft and complete any aircraft related payments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a very successful Aircraft Lessor.

Responsibilities:


  • Preparing schedule of payments required for acquisition
  • Preparing payments for refinance and sale of aircraft
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Develop strong relationships with the relevant banks
  • Attend delivery meetings and contribute as appropriate
  • Log and file all transactions
  • Preparing fund flows
  • Ensure processes are completed in keeping with Sox requirements
  • Contribute ideas on process improvements.

  • What you need to have:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant discipline (Results of a 2:1 or higher)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word etc.
  • 1-4+ years' experience in payments/settlements
  • Knowledge of financial markets
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong initiative with excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
