Accounts Payable Manager - Aircraft Leasing
My client, an aircraft leasing company based in Dublin city centre are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to this exciting industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process multicurrency supplier invoices.
- Ensure correct VAT calculation is applied across multiple jurisdictions and intercompany entities.
- Process invoices and credit notes for payment runs.
- Vendor account management, liaise with internal departments to resolve any invoice issues.
- Manage invoice discrepancy and log queries.
- File and archive invoices.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Process employee expenses.
- Manage the AP monthly close.
- Evaluate and develop existing systems and processes to ensure accurate, timely and value-added reporting.
Experience:
- Degree educated/part qualified accountant.
- At least 12 Months accounts payable experience.
- High volume multinational experience preferable.
- Highly motivated, technically astute with strong Excel skills.
