Recruitment Business Partner - RPO
Our client, an established and expanding global RPO organisation are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Business Partner to work closely with a multinational company based in Dublin.
With two direct reports, the role holder will work with a specific part of the business to deliver specialist recruitment services within a fast-paced environment. Driving talent acquisition activities, the successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will include:- Holding relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Designing resourcing plans to incorporate networking, headhunting, traditional marketing and social media channels.
- Partner with the business to source and land suitable candidates - including providing recommendations and guidance.
- Develop and improve processes to reflect client demand and agreed SLA's.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle in a cost-effective and efficient way.
- Monitor 3rd party performance and involvement
- Support the business in key interviews (competency, etc.)
- Negotiate salaries, rates and ensure that your candidates present effectively.
- Input to and report / present metrics to the business
Applicants should possess the following skills, attributes and experience:- Significant experience as a senior recruiter / recruitment lead
- RPO or in-house experience would be advantageous
- Strong commercial acumen and appreciation of recruitment trends and best practice.
- Great negotiation skills
- Outstanding relationship management and communication capabilities.
- Strong IT (ATS/HR IS) background
- Ability to multi-task and experienced delegator.
This is a permanent role based in North Dublin. Base salary in range of €70 - 80k plus extensive benefits.
