We are recruiting for an aircraft leasing company in Amsterdam that is looking for a Transaction Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide document and transaction support to the legal team
- Draft documents supporting lease contracts, restructuring agreements and warranties
- Draft and oversee such documents as leases, contracts, letters etc.
- Ensure that all documents are safely and accessibly filed and organised according to company procedure
- Project management through life cycles
Experience:
- Relevant third-level qualification
- Min 3 years previous experience working in an aircraft leasing or engine leasing company or in the aircraft leasing department of a law firm
- Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Self-motivated and keen to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
