Aircraft Leasing AVP Legal (Legal Counsel)
We have been retained by a major aircraft leasing firm which is recruiting for an AVP Legal.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into the role of AVP Transaction Legal, based in Dublin. This role offers a chance to be at the forefront of negotiating and documenting high-value contracts within the aircraft leasing industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage intricate transactions from Letter of Intent to contract execution.
- Engage directly with clients including airlines, financiers, and trading partners during contract negotiations.
- Ensure stringent compliance with internal and external legal frameworks during transaction execution.
- Play a pivotal role in managing airline defaults, aircraft repossessions, and related dispute resolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law or an alternative degree, with a very good understanding of aircraft leasing.
- Exemplary interpersonal skills and available to travel.
- Self-motivated and flexible team player with keen commercial awareness.
