A Day in the Life of a Implementation Manager:- Develop Implementation plans for clients
- Continually analyse implementations highlighting both success and failures
- Provide training for customers
- Act as a customer voice
What you need to have:- 3 + years' experience in technical support
- Honours Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and German
- Experience with API Integrations
- Proven track record in consistently over achieving your targets
- Strong communication and organisational skills
