Aircraft Leasing Commercial & Corporate Finance Associate
A fantastic opportunity to join a rapid growth aircraft leasing company in Dublin City Centre.
The successful Commercial & Corporate Finance Associate will be responsible for the structuring and execution of structured finance/refinancing, aviation asset finance, project finance and pricing and evaluating acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analysing, structuring and pricing transactions originated by the commercial team
- Recommend solutions to enhance the economic returns of transactions
- Help the risk team in producing credit analysis for underlying obligors in transactions
- Work with the corporate finance team in connection with debt raising activities
- Assist in producing internal credit papers and presentations for each transaction
- Active deal team member
- Assist with portfolio management reporting and budgeting process
Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor's degree or financial qualifications
- 2-5 years' relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of the aircraft leasing/aviation industry essential
- Strong analytical ability
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel essential
- Previous relationship management experience
