Contingent Recruitment

This is a straightforward recruitment approach whereby we take on a job description from a client and revert to our recruitment database. We subsequently meet with all shortlisted candidates and carry out first interviews for our client. Successful candidates from the shortlist are then forwarded on to the client and interviews are scheduled. Traditionally, once the client makes a decision we handle the offer and negotiation stages.

Executive Search

This is the direct targeting of key marketplace individuals not only in Ireland but also internationally to provide holistic solutions through the partnership approach. We are retained exclusively by the client and provide a complete service solution spanning initial role analysis to final selection and on-boarding. We have a proven track record of successfully delivering on confidential Executive Search. When the best talent in the market must be proactively sourced from outside of the general pool of 'available' candidates in the market, we leverage off our extensive contact base and unparalleled knowledge of the markets. Our service is exact and expedient. Headhunting is no longer reserved only for Senior Management.

Personality Profiling

Defining the behavioural requirements of a job role allows us to "match" candidates with jobs using a behavioural assessment to predict how an individual will act in a work environment. Our recruitment testing will tell you a person's strengths and limitations, their communication style how good an opener or closer they are, what kind of relationships they build with clients and their presentation style. 

Contract & Temporary Placements

We offer a number of solutions in the area of contract and temporary placements. We can source candidates for open positions, for all lengths of contracts/temporary positions within all areas of the business. We can also offer a payroll service where we can pay contract members of staff through our monthly payroll run.
