German Technical Support Representative

Our client is a rapid-growth American Software company with an EMEA HQ in Dublin. They are currently seeking a German Technical Support Representative, they require a talented technical support professional that is able to provide excellent support through different mediums. Your role as a Customer Support Advocate:

  • Support customers and offer solutions to problems.
  • Be a product expert and advocate.
  • Have the intiative to suggest improvements.
  • Drive Product change and improvement.
  • Trouble-shoot and follow up on customer issues
  • Escalate issues to the nect tier of support.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service.

  • Requirements:

  • 1 + years' expereince in Technical Support
  • Experience using social media or web-based software, including Twitter, Facebook and Google Apps.
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Ability to communicate with your team and customers over the phone, email and face to face.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability.
