Swedish Technical Support Agent

Our client is a leading global eCommerce company that is looking for Swedish Technical Support agents to join their team in Dublin.

What you will do:

  • Delivering excellent Technical Support to internal and external clients.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders in reviewing and building new processes.
  • Developing and learning new skills that are to improve hardware, software, solution and networking knowledge.
  • Being able to maintain a level of productivity based on the team and individual targets.
  • Working with the Operations Managers and Customer Care teams on improving the efficiency of the business processes.
  • You are responsible for your own development, and seeking out different opportunities for increasing your own knowledge.
  • Ensuring that you meet customer needs and quality targets and service levels
  • Dealing with all different levels of customer technical complaints or issues that may arise.

  • Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and at least Swedish
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in Customer Support
  • Previous Technical Support is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Must be able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills are required and the ability to analyse and assess the options fully.
