Contracts Manager - Aircraft Leasing
A leading, global aircraft leasing company is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team in Dublin.
We are looking for a person with strong contract management experience to become part of a global Contracts Management department responsible for high-value transactions with leading airline customers.
Contracts Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist with monitoring lease compliance and execution of lease terms
- Manage a portfolio of contracts with airline customers
- Liaise with airline customers to check and prepare Conditions Precedents and reconcile any outstanding receivables in order to ensure delivery and redelivery of aircraft
- Attend delivery events with OEM partners
- Responsible for all aspects of the contracts administration process
- Manage rent and overdue interest calculation and invoicing, collection, debt service, security deposit and letters of credit management
- Responsible for the management of receivables, outstanding payments, and funds throughout the lease term
- Ensure all contract and lease documentation is captured and updated in the company’s corporate management system
- Manage the negotiation and issuance of Letters of Credit ensuring all terms of the lease agreement are adhered to
- Prepare ancillary legal documents and correspondence such as draft Conditions precedent in line with terms and conditions
- Manage cape Town registrations, customs, SOX Audits and registration and deregistration of aircraft as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
- 3-6 years' relevant contracts or asset management experience , ideally within the aviation industry
- Aircraft leasing experience preferred but not essential
- Previous experience using databases and document management systems
- Excellent organisation experience, with great attention to detail
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with customers
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
