My client, a leading financial services firm is looking for a part-qualified Accountant to assist in the management of a portfolio of aviation clients. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure into the aircraft leasing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior members of the team in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Manage and co-ordinate transactions including reviewing and arranging for signing of transaction documents
- Prepare and review client materials and financial data
- Liaise with aviation clients in relation to board minutes and corporate filings
- Process purchase and sales invoices into the accounting system
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable listings
- Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial statements
- Ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Part-qualified Accountant or qualified Accounts Technician
- Experience in aviation or structured finance advantageous
- Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
