Web Developer/Technical Support Rep – 58K (3 to 6 Month Contract)
My client is a high-profile multinational which is looking to fill a number of positions as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Working directly with developers, customers and internal teams on post-integration issues to provide technical support, consulting and best practices.
- Dealing with a wide range of technical related issues with code, software, hardware, devices and endpoints
- Installing and configuring test environments
- Identifying irregularities in functionality and reporting same.
- Participating in the development of tools, systems and processes to improve product support.
Experience
- You will have at least two years of web development experience
- Dealing directly with customers in a customer service focused role is a strong advantage.
- Experience with Java an advantage
- The role could require 4 days working week 10 hours per day (Sun to Wed or Wed to Sat)
- Monday to Friday roles 9-5.30pm also available
- Remote working possible
