My client is a rapid-growth aircraft leasing company that is looking for a Compliance Manager to join their team in Dublin.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that there are sufficient processes, policies, and procedures to deliver a compliant culture.
- Develop/review internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for evaluating, organising, and maintaining up-to-date client due diligence documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of all regulatory and AML filings.
- Coordinate monthly compliance meetings.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements for a portfolio of aircraft leasing entities.
- Monitor compliance risks, requirements, and training.
- Engage in aircraft leasing working groups focused on compliance matters.
- Accurately record all lease and contract details in the company's lease management system.
Requirements
- At least two + years’ experience in compliance/risk/audit in a corporate services provider or aircraft leasing firm.
- Degree in business administration or relevant discipline.
- Excellent communication skills: position requires effective collaboration with senior management, business teams, and shareholders.
