We are seeking an experienced Office Relocation Project Manager to lead and deliver an office relocation project in Dublin. This is a hands-on role that will involve taking full ownership of the project from inception through to completion, ensuring a seamless transition into a new workspace aligned with the client’s operational, design, and cultural objectives.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the relocation — from managing contractors and coordinating the build and fit-out, to making key decisions on timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and shape the future workplace for a dynamic, growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end office relocation project, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Oversee and coordinate contractors, suppliers, and external partners involved in the build-out, design, and move process.
- Ensure fit-out quality and build standards meet expectations, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to define workspace requirements, layout, and design decisions.
- Develop and manage the project plan, including key milestones, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
- Manage all logistics and operational planning associated with the move, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior leadership.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering office relocation or workplace fit-out projects.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence making decisions and providing recommendations.
- Experience in managing multiple contractors and suppliers simultaneously.
- A proactive, hands-on approach, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
