Renewals Manager (Software Licence) – EMEA
Our client is an innovative software company based in Galway. Due to their continuous growth they are looking to hire a Renewals Software Licence Manager responsible for the EMEA region to join their team.
The Role:
- Managing day to day operations, including performance management, call coaching to develop and motivate the team to reach productivity targets and revenue goals
- Build a talent pipeline, recruit and retain the best people. Coach, motivate and develop the team to drive results and continuous improvement
- Schedule and lead frequent communications through individual meetings, team meetings, workshops, functions and reviews
- Oversee the team’s license renewal volumes
- Collaborate with sales management team to ensure optimal support across multiple countries and territories. Submit bi-weekly forecast and provide insight on sales metrics
- Co-ordinate department activities and projects to meet project timelines
- Liaise with the sales and sales management teams including collaboration with marketing, application engineering, customer service, and sales operations
The Person:
- At least 7 years’ experience in a professional working environment
- 2+ years’ experience in managing multilingual/multicultural teams in a shared sales & services or global business centre
- 3rd level degree in a relevant discipline
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Familiarity with software licensing and policies
- Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce)
- Strong skills in coaching and mentoring teams
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proven track record in building and managing high performing sales teams
