Senior Pricing Analyst | Aircraft Leasing | North America
About the Job:
A global aircraft leasing platform is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join its commercial and investment team. This position plays a pivotal role in evaluating transaction economics across a wide range of deal types—aircraft placements, sale-leasebacks, secondary market trading, and financing structures. It’s an exciting opportunity to contribute to key strategic decisions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll work across commercial, technical, finance, and accounting teams to model scenarios, forecast returns, and develop structures that maximize value and manage risk. The ideal candidate combines deep financial modelling expertise with a passion for aviation and a sharp commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze lease transactions, trading opportunities, and financing options for new and mid-life aircraft.
- Forecast cashflows and asset values based on technical status and market conditions.
- Evaluate aircraft order activity, including price escalations and economic impacts.
- Support strategic decision-making through scenario analysis and deal recommendations.
- Prepare internal approvals and present insights to stakeholders across departments.
- Collaborate with risk and accounting teams on structuring and reporting considerations.
- Build and maintain advanced financial models for deal evaluation and portfolio analysis.
Qualifications:
- Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- 5–7 years’ experience in aircraft leasing or aviation finance.
- Strong Excel modelling skills, with an ability to adapt and build complex tools.
- Sound understanding of lease structures, maintenance economics, and return metrics (IRR, ROE, yield).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deal timelines.
Benefits:
This position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, along with unrivaled career development opportunities within a high-performing global team.
