A major aircraft leasing company is looking to recruit a VP Risk to join their team based in Miami. The chosen candidate should be an experienced risk professional who will look after the Americas region.
Responsibilities include assessing the creditworthiness of potential clients, working with the internal deal team to structure transactions, prepare financial reviews and credit reviews for all customers in the region and identifying and managing “at-risk” clients.
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline, 5+ years risk management experience and previous risk experience in the aircraft leasing industry or with an airline.

2.Aircraft Leasing In- House Legal Counsel – Hong Kong
A major aircraft lessor is recruiting an In-House Legal Counsel for their Hong Kong office.
Responsibilities include managing aircraft leasing transactions regarding the execution and administration of aircraft acquisitions and sales, aircraft operating leases and associated finance transactions and leading negotiations with banks, airlines, OEM’s and lessors.
Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years PQE, be a qualified solicitor, barrister or attorney and have extensive aviation leasing and finance experience with a law firm or from an in-house aircraft leasing company.

We are currently recruiting for a number of VP Sales positions for aircraft leasing clients in Dublin.
Responsibilities include negotiating complex cross-border transactions and agreements, initiating, developing negotiating and closing transactions and developing and implementing marketing programmes and strategies.
