Responsibilities will include negotiating LOI and final contracts from a technical perspective, reviewing and approving maintenance reserve claims and providing technical input to lease extensions, sale documents and LOI’s.

A global aircraft leasing company is looking for a business analyst to join their team based in Dublin.
Responsibilities will include liaising with various internal teams to improve current processes and deliver advanced solutions and preparing accurate and detailed high-level investments, requirements documentation and functional specifications.
You should a third level degree in IT, Sciences or a similar discipline and 3+ years business analysis experience. You should also be knowledgeable of SOX compliance and operational excellence models.

An aircraft lessor based in Dublin is looking for a Head of Legal/ SVP Legal to join their team.
Responsibilities will include managing the legal function regarding the execution and administration of aircraft acquisitions and sales, aircraft operating leases and associated finance transactions.
You should have a law degree with accreditation and a license to practise in Ireland and England, a minimum of 10 years PQE and extensive aircraft leasing experience with a law firm or from an in house aircraft leasing company.
