We are recruiting for a global aircraft lessor with an opening for a Compliance Manager to join its legal team in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day compliance operations and CBI regulatory obligations
- Interpret and implement Irish and EU frameworks, including MiFID and AIFM
- Maintain internal compliance controls, policies, and governance structures
- Provide practical compliance guidance to stakeholders and external advisers
- Contribute to monitoring, regulatory reporting, and readiness initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a compliance or regulatory function
- Familiarity with Irish regulatory landscape essential
- Exposure to MiFID, AIFM, or alternative asset management highly desirable
