Our mandates typically relate to lease onboarding, novations, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, end-of-lease transitions, amendment and waiver management, and ongoing lease compliance.

Our consultants understand how contract management teams operate at the centre of the leasing platform, working closely with legal, commercial, technical, finance, and risk functions. This includes day-to-day exposure to lease abstracts, rent and maintenance reserve billing, covenant tracking, conditions precedent, events of default, side letters, and cross-border documentation standards. As a result, we assess candidates on accuracy, process discipline, and cross-functional effectiveness — recognising that errors in this area directly impact cash flow, asset control, and counterparty risk.
