We are partnering with a high-performing aircraft leasing platform to hire a Senior Analyst, Pricing & Asset Strategy. This role offers broad exposure across transaction execution, pricing, and portfolio strategy within a highly commercial and analytical environment.
You will work closely with Origination, Trading, Technical, and Finance teams, supporting live transactions and contributing to asset-level and portfolio-wide decision-making.
The Role
As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in evaluating aircraft transactions and supporting ongoing pricing and asset strategy analysis. The position combines hands-on financial modelling with commercial insight, offering meaningful responsibility across the investment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Support transaction evaluation across sale & leaseback, placements, remarketing, and trading opportunities
Build, run, and refine financial models to analyse returns, cash flows, and sensitivities
Interpret modelling outputs and clearly articulate key commercial drivers and risks to deal teams
Assess maintenance and technical cost impacts on transaction economics
Contribute to investment and approval papers, ensuring alignment with return targets and asset strategy
Assist with portfolio analysis, performance trends, and asset-level strategy development
About You
4+ years’ experience in financial modelling, aviation finance, aircraft leasing, consulting, or a quantitative/financial role
Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills
Commercially minded with a genuine interest in aircraft leasing
Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
