A rapid growth leasing company is looking to recruit an SVP Risk to join their team in Amsterdam.
Responsibilities include managing and coaching the credit risk team, building a credit risk management strategy to manage all aspects of risk relating to new and existing customers and monitoring the risk profile of lessees and the economic environment in relation to airline profitability.
You should have previous credit risk experience within the aircraft leasing or engine leasing markets, a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering or a related discipline and people management and coaching experience.

A high-profile aircraft leasing company is looking for a VP Legal for their Hong Kong office.
Responsibilities include managing aircraft leasing transactions regarding the execution and administration of acquisitions and sales, aircraft operating leases and associated finance transactions.

My client is a start-up lessor in Dublin which is recruiting an SVP Legal to join their team as their first person in legal.
Responsibilities include setting up all of the relevant systems and processes. You will also review, and negotiate high-profile aircraft sale, purchase and financing, lead transactions through documentation phase to contract signature and closing and monitor compliance with relevant policies.
Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years’ aircraft leasing transaction legal and corporate legal experience.

An established, global, aircraft leasing client is looking for an experienced Risk professional to join their team in the US to look after the Americas region.
Responsibilities include managing each transaction to ensure all information is accurately vetted and approved, assess the creditworthiness of potential clients, prepare financial reviews and credit reviews for all customers in the region and develop strong relationships with clients and other external stakeholders.
Candidates should have 5+ years risk management experience, previous risk experience in the aircraft leasing or airline industry and a bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
