Description

My client is an aircraft lessor which is looking to expand their legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growth lessor.

Responsibilities


  • Deliver in-house legal advice, management, guidance and support to the company in the execution and administration of aircraft acquisitions and sales, aircraft operating leases, engine leasing transactions and associated finance transactions.
  • Support the General Counsel in the provision of legal advice regarding compliance and transaction structuring
  • Manage relationships with external legal advisors.
  • Manage transactions from start to finish.

    • Skills & Experience


  • Law degree
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Private practice experience (aircraft leasing ideally)
