- Description
We are looking for a person with strong aircraft leasing contract management experience to become part of a global Contracts Management department responsible for high-value transactions with leading airline customers.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise the company asset management system (Leasepoint)
- Monitor, check and administrate lease/purchase/sale agreements and requirements in line with terms of the agreements and ensure compliance with agreements
- Monitor and confirm cash receipts and maintain receivable report on regular basis
- Liaise with lessees
- Work cross functionally with Treasury, Commercial, Risk and Delivery Managers
- Answer internal and external queries about invoices and receivables
- Prepare and distribute information for company receivable reports on a regular basis
Role Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience with a leading aircraft lessor or within the wider aviation industry
- Flexible and self-starting with the ability to blend with a small team
- Proactive approach to addressing problems and proven problem-solving skills
- Understand the impact of document terms on various business areas
- A strong understanding of databases and document management systems
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
