- Description
We are recruiting a Senior Tax Manager to join a rapid-growth aircraft leasing company in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of tax-related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for structuring and implementation of both Irish and international tax provisions
- Preparation and review of US GAAP ASC 740 income tax provision on a quarterly and annual basis to ensure compliance with ASC 740, FIN18/APB 28 and FIN 48.
- Assist with the review of the U.S. income tax return filings both federal and states, including preparing various tax analysis and coordinating with external advisors.
- Identify and implement tax efficiencies and planning opportunities.
- Liaise with the U.S. tax authorities on all documentary requirements such as residence certificates, tax registrations etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years PQE financial services or aircraft leasing experience
- CPA license
- Masters in Taxation preferred
- Working knowledge of ASC 740 accounting for income taxes
- U.S. GAAP experience
- Experience with U.S. federal income tax laws
