We are recruiting for an aircraft leasing platform that is looking for a VP Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the internal expert of the region, understand and brief the company on what drives demand in the market.
- Developing and implementing marketing programmes and strategies
- Managing relationships with airlines in the region
- Initiating developing, negotiating and closing of new sales and leasing opportunities
- Negotiating complex cross-border transactions and agreements
- Maintaining and sharing a thorough understanding of current and future market trends
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years’ experience from a commercial aircraft leasing company, airline or OEM
- Extremely well informed about the SEA market, its opportunities, airlines, OEMs, MROs, lessors, and confident in accurately forecasting shifts in the market
- Familiar with the regional aircraft market (ATR, Bombardier, Embraer)
- Knowledge of operating lease terms, asset security issues, delivery and return conditions and aviation insurance
- Experience in optimizing profits like revenue management for new air time slots/flight plans/ airline routes
- Fluent Mandarin is an advantage
