Working in a dynamic and challenging environment, the Team Administrator will be responsible for administrative activities and ensuring the smooth running of meetings, travel, and events. The successful candidate must have meticulous attention to detail, exercise strong communication skills and be adept at managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Essential Functions:
- Manage diaries and calendars for members of the Leasing team
- Manage travel including flights, visas and accommodation
- Coordinate itineraries for visiting executives
- Manage and resolve queries on behalf of the Leasing team.
- Support Leasing Executives in the preparation of internal and external documents
- Develop efficient and effective management information systems and procedures
- Provide support to the team with Leasing workflow processes.
- Handle work of a highly confidential and sensitive nature.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Degree or relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently.
- Exceptional aptitude for working collaboratively in teams.
- Self-starter with confidence and commitment to professional delivery.
