- Description
My client is a high-profile aircraft lessor which has a requirement for an Accounts Receivable Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading leasing firm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis of movement in Accounts Receivable for the relevant period including quarter on quarter analysis.
- Support business operations in the management of a portfolio of deferrals
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes in conjunction with other departments.
- Maintain and improve reporting controls
- Help with the preparation and maintenance of documentation on accounting systems procedures and internal controls.
- All job-related and ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Monitor, check and administrate lease/purchase/sale agreements and requirements
- Work with the marketing team on deferrals and restructurings, regarding rent and MR schedules.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ aircraft leasing or aviation industry experience
- Hands-on (willing to understand the details of complex issues) and a team player
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong understanding of databases and document management system
