Description

My client is a major aircraft leasing firm in New York which is recruiting for a VP Legal. This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious aircraft lessor.

Primary responsibilities will be to manage cross-border aircraft leasing transactions and administration of aircraft acquisitions and sales, aircraft operating leases, and associated finance transactions.

Skills & Experience:


  • Law degree, with a minimum 5 years PQE
  • Extensive aviation leasing and finance experience with a law firm or from an aircraft leasing company
