- Description
The successful candidate will support the Technical Representatives to provide ongoing technical and asset management services for a portfolio of leased/financed aircraft. Working with a team of aviation professionals based in Dublin and with global partners, you will provide support to in-house marketing, legal, finance and contracts teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop models and tools for forecasting maintenance event timing and maintenance reserve cash flows
- Prepare maintenance cash flow projections and financial models
- Prepare valuation models for aircraft and for individual engine assets.
- Prepare aircraft technical specifications and remarketing information for aircraft and engines.
- Manage mid lease audit inspections.
- Process maintenance reserve claims following the terms set out in the related lease agreements.
- Monitor lessee related maintenance obligations during the term of a lease.
- Liaise with investors and financiers (technical support).
