About the job
We are recruiting for a high-profile aircraft leasing client who has a requirement for a HR Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR information on the database
- Support HR on reporting, data analysis relating to people cost, Headcount, performance trends, development needs.
- Support the HR team on data reconciliation and migration, analyse and interpret process issues and make recommendations to the team in relation to system updates and process improvement.
- Recruitment support; role posting, arranging interviews and recruitment-related data analysis.
- Manage employee benefit administration and ad hoc admin tasks
- Produce PowerPoint, Excel, IT analytics presentations
- Support on bonus planning, budgets and process improvement
Requirements:
- Relevant third-level qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
- 2 - 4 years work experience, ideally in HR
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
