Aircraft Leasing Company Secretary, Limerick (VP level)
My client is a high-profile aircraft leasing company who is looking for a Senior Company Secretary to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Arrange daily transaction approvals and transaction document execution
- Manage the annual compliance requirements of group entities and serviced entities
- Advise the boards of directors of any company secretarial, legal and corporate governance issues/updates
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment
- Convening and taking minutes on Board meetings, AGM’s, EGM’s and committee meetings.
- Liaise with other internal departments, external auditors, solicitors and company secretarial service providers
Requirements
- Third level qualification in a related field together with a company secretarial qualification
- 7 years+ experience in company secretarial and statutory compliance or legal environment
- Ability to interpret regulatory and legislative requirements
- Aircraft leasing experience ideally
- IT literate, (MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Calendar and Blueprint)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to be flexible and work on own initiative
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills
