Aircraft Leasing Senior Finance Manager
About the job
My client is a global aircraft leasing company that is experiencing rapid growth and has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager to be part of a challenging, dynamic, and diverse business environment.
Responsibilities:
This is a broad role where responsibilities will include management and oversight of various finance functions including (but not limited to) accounting and financial management, tax, financial analysis, legal and contract management.
- Preparation of management accounts.
- Preparation of Statutory accounts.
- Preparation of Cash Flow Forecasts.
- Preparation of group tax calculations and annual returns.
- Preparation of group budget and forecasts
- Annual corporation Tax calculations.
- Manage reviews of acquisitions and redeliveries.
- Analysis for the sale/lease/acquisition of assets
- Interface with the shareholders
- Manage external service providers including legal, tax and accounting.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered or Certified Accountant with at least 8 years post-qualification experience working in industry or practice in an aircraft leasing-related role.
- Significant experience in working through complex accounting and technical issues in an aircraft leasing environment.
