Aircraft Leasing VP Financial Planning & Analysis
Our client, a rapid-growth aircraft leasing company, has an exciting opportunity for a VP Financial Planning & Analysis to join the Aviation Finance team.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the CFO in the preparation of business plans and budgets.
- Co-ordinate budgeting process.
- Lead role in FP&A closing process, providing in-depth variance analysis.
- Responsible for all financial forecasting regarding financial performance, liquidity and investments.
- Reporting to shareholders including working closely with the Investor Relations team.
- Develop a product profitability management tool, reviewing asset and lease profitability.
- Implement financial modelling improvements in planning and forecasting to enhance process efficiency
- Support new initiatives to accurately capture the changing dynamics in the market.
Requirements
- Accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
- Minimum of 5 years’ PQE
- 5+ years’ experience, across a financial modelling systems, processes
- Ability to combine theoretical knowledge with practical solutions to improve current processes.
- 5+ years’ experience working in an FP&A team in Aircraft Leasing is essential.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
