Our client, a leading global aircraft leasing company, has an exciting opportunity for a Vice President, Treasury to join a dynamic finance team. The person they are seeking to appoint should understand financial markets, and funding structures and have expertise in financial hedging instruments. The successful candidate will be a strong leader, have a strategic mindset and sophisticated analytical abilities, be driven, and be a good communicator.
Responsibilities:
- Manage capital risks and debt covenant reporting.
- Manage banking and broker relationships for cash deposits & financial instruments.
- Oversee debt and investments in accordance with banking agreements.
- Responsible for cash management and liquidity planning and forecasting.
- Preparation of liability management assessments of debt facilities.
- Execute hedging policies to mitigate risk.
- Communicate recommendations for treasury activity to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
- Qualified ACA / ACCA or relevant third-level qualifications.
- A thorough understanding of financial markets, funding structures, and risk management techniques.
- Experience in managing a diverse team of professionals.
- Have successfully led large-scale, complex transactions.
