Aircraft Leasing Capital Markets and Treasury, Senior Associate
About the job
Our client, a leading global aircraft leasing company, is currently experiencing rapid growth and has an exciting opportunity to join the team. You will support the Treasury and Capital Markets team with financing strategies and investor relations activities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare reporting packages for structured debt facilities.
- Work with Treasury to manage the hedging strategy for financing structures.
- Manage liquidity including forecasting, investments and stakeholder management.
- Involved in the deal-closing process by calculating purchase prices, assessing appropriate leverage, and coordinating funding.
- Provide analysis and calculations for liability/financing structures and aircraft leasing strategy.
Requirements:
- 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Structured Finance, Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Capital Markets.
- A relevant 3rd-level degree (finance, accounting, aviation finance, etc).
- Strong analytical/quantitative skills.
- Experience reviewing loan documentation is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the aviation industry and fundamentals around aircraft leasing.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
