My client is a high-profile aircraft lessor which has an opening for a Corporate Legal Counsel. This is a great opportunity to join an organisation with an excellent reputation in the aircraft leasing space.
Responsibilities
Manage corporate legal transactions from start to finish.
- Advise on aircraft financing legal issues.
- Advise on topical relevant legal issues.
- Manage complex financing transactions in multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage legal firms.
- Draft a wide range of commercial contracts.
Requirements
1-4 years PQE from a law firm or other relevant position
- Interest or experience in aircraft leasing
- Ability to work at pace, in a deadline-driven environment.
- Qualified solicitor
