Aircraft Leasing Investor Relations and Strategy Director
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Aircraft Leasing Investor Relations and Strategy Director. Based in Dublin, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading various facets of aviation investment and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain dynamic aviation market intelligence databases to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Craft compelling aviation fund marketing materials to attract potential investors
- Employ financial modeling expertise to optimize aviation asset allocation and drive favorable returns.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to structure investment proposals and Letters of Intent (LOIs).
- Prepare well-researched approval documentation for acquisitions and critical portfolio decisions.
- Conduct thorough reviews of aviation transaction documents and provide invaluable support during acquisitions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the Investor Relations team, facilitating due diligence requests and fostering constructive meetings.
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc aviation market commentary, presentations, whitepapers, and strategic outlook reports.
- Prepare comprehensive quarterly reports
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in aircraft leasing or relevant aviation sector.
- Expert financial modeling and analytical acumen, with a specific focus on aviation investments.
- Ability to multi-task at pace
