Aircraft Leasing Pricing Director, Singapore
Our client is a major aircraft lessor and is looking to recruit a Pricing Director to join their team in Singapore. This is an excellent career opportunity to join a high-performance team.The role:
- Assess potential aircraft transaction; transaction modelling and analysis, calculate cashflows, financial statements and returns
- Provide key input into portfolio evaluation and strategic decisions
- Analytical assessment of divestment and investment opportunities
- Continuous development of the pricing model
- Market trend analysis, competitor analysis and due diligence
- Credit risk review and assessment on all potential lease deals
- Provide project support to the Leasing department, including research, data manipulation / analysis and presentation production
Requirements:
- 3rd level degree qualification in Maths, Engineering, Finance of Aerospace
- At least 2+years' experience in an analytical/pricing role within a finance/commercial function
- Experience within aircraft leasing, aviation or aerospace manufacturer industry is advantageous
- Excellent financial modelling skills essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandarin as a 2nd language is an advantage)
