- Description
We are recruiting for a market-leading aircraft leasing company in Dublin that is looking for a Legal Secretary to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide document and transaction support to the legal team
- Supervise junior paralegals
- Draft documents supporting lease contracts, restructuring agreements and warranties
- Manage the closing of sales - oversee all necessary documentation is delivered and completed
- Support internal departments in all transactional processes
- Ensure that all transactional documentation is provided, completed and filed accurately and accordingly
- Draft and oversee such documents as leases, contracts and letters
- Ensure that all documents are safely and accessibly filed and organised according to company procedure
Experience:
- Relevant third-level qualification
- 3-5 years experience working
- Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Self-motivated and keen to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
