Description

We are recruiting for two aircraft lessors based in Dublin who are recruiting for a VP and SVP Legal. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier and mid-tier aircraft lessor.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage, negotiate and direct sales, leasing and financing transactions from letters of intent through the execution of definition documentation.
  • Identify and resolve legal issues, including active management of contract compliance issues, lease defaults, lease restructurings, aircraft repossessions and associated litigation and bankruptcy matters.
  • Support the Commercial team on leasing and trading transactions, compliance and special projects.
  • Management and administration of legal information management systems and processes.
  • Management and direction of external counsel.

    • Experience:


  • Law degree, with accreditation and license to practice in a recognized jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 5 years PQE.
  • Extensive aircraft leasing and finance experience with a law firm or from an in-house aircraft leasing company.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to travel.
