Our client is an aircraft leasing company which has an opening for a Procurement Administrator. This is a great opportunity to get experience in the aircraft leasing sector.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and progress a log of all technical invoices received and interface with Finance team to ensure invoices are processed correctly and paid on time.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure that payments are made on time and credit limits are not exceeded.
- Follow up with all technical vendors on any outstanding invoice queries. .
- Monitoring invoices against budget and reconciliation of actual versus budget.
- Ensure that the Procurement team are regularly updated on supplier accounts at risk of credit hold due to non-payment of invoices.
- Review and control of all Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) lists associated with new aircraft programs.
- Assist the New Aircraft Team with pre-delivery payments to Airbus and Boeing.
- Other procurement admin duties as assigned.
- The successful candidate will support the Procurement team four days per week and will also cover as a receptionist one day per week.
Requirements
- Prior accounts payable experience would be advantageous, as would exposure to the procurement process and/or the aircraft leasing industry.
- Experience in an administrative role
- Great attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office combined with proficiency in IT systems and software.
