About the job
Our client, a global aircraft leasing company, is currently experiencing growth and has an exciting opportunity for a senior person to join the Pricing and Investment team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage aviation investments through their lifecycle.
- Manage assets: on-lease acquisitions, sale-leasebacks, and naked aircraft acquired for lease placements.
- Understand and assist in all technical diligence and technical modeling of aircraft and engines.
- Synthesize the necessary legal, jurisdictional, technical, and lessee credit diligence into an investment recommendation to senior management.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in aircraft leasing and investing is strongly preferred.
- Degree qualified.
- Ability to review and dissect financial models to determine key value drivers in a deal and focus points for diligence.
- Ability to synthesize diligence findings across maintenance, technical, credit and legal into financial recommendations.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
- Strong work ethic and a deep sense of accountability.
