Aircraft Leasing Director of Talent
We are seeking a HR Director to join the senior management team at a major aircraft leasing company. In this senior leadership role, you will be instrumental in shaping and enhancing the employee journey, from onboarding to ongoing development. Your focus on Learning & Development (L&D), employee experience, and diversity and equality will drive the organisation towards greater innovation and inclusivity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of recruitment, Learning and Development, and retention strategies.
- Design and implement innovative onboarding programs that ensure a smooth and engaging introduction for new employees.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive Learning & Development strategies to support ongoing staff growth and organizational needs.
- Champion employee experience initiatives, creating a workplace culture that fosters engagement, collaboration, and well-being.
- Actively promote and integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into all aspects of HR practices and employee development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a senior role within a global corporation with a focus on Talent Development and Employee Experience.
- A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The right to work in the EU/Ireland.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
