My aircraft leasing client is recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to assist with all administrative duties for the team. This role will initially be a two-month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for the business, welcome all external guests to the office.
- Screening emails and phone-calls, answering and transferring queries for the department.
- Prepare Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations as required.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, book events, organise boardrooms.
- Manage and organise flights, taxis, accommodation and parking, and other travel-related duties.
- Take minutes at meetings and ensure that all data is managed and recorded efficiently and accurately.
- Manage documentation such as invoices of purchase orders, expense claims and compile reports.
- Assist with the planning of events and conferences.
- Ad-hoc project management as required
