Aircraft Leasing Company Secretary (Compliance)
We are recruiting for a leading aircraft leasing company in Dubai that is looking for a Company Secretary to join their team in a Legal Compliance role.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of entities including directorships, share transfers, changes to corporate information.
- Maintenance and administration of Blueprint and generation of corporate structure charts
- Organization of board meetings in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with company secretaries and corporate service providers in multiple jurisdictions
- Act as one of the key points of contact within the Legal Compliance Team
- Generation of various compliance reports and metrics
- Manage special projects as required
Experience:
- Relevant third-level degree
- 3+ years’ work experience in a Corporate Legal Department or a Law Firm or a Corporate Services Provider
- Qualification from the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (or comparable qualification) is preferable or training in a corporate secretarial practice
- Blueprint (or comparable company secretarial software) experience is preferable but not required
