Aircraft Leasing Paralegal

We are recruiting for an aircraft leasing company in Dublin that is looking for a paralegal to join their team.

Responsibilities:

· Provide document and transaction support to the legal team

· Draft documents supporting lease contracts, restructuring agreements and warranties

· Draft and oversee such documents as leases, contracts, letters etc.

· Ensure that all documents are safely and accessibly filed and organised according to company procedure

· Project management through life cycles

Experience:

· Relevant third-level qualification

· Previous experience working in an aircraft leasing company or in the aircraft leasing department of a law firm or relevant corporate services provider preferred

· Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents

· Self-motivated and keen to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
