- Description
We are recruiting for an Aircraft leasing client that is looking for a Contract Manager to join their team in Singapore (relocation will be assisted). If you have Aircraft leasing experience and are based in, or open to moving to Singapore, this is an exciting opportunity to join a busy team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with monitoring lease compliance and execution of lease terms.
- Manage relationships with customers.
- Responsible for all aspects of the contracts administration process.
- Manage rent and overdue interest calculation and invoicing, collection, debt service, security deposit, and letters of credit management.
- Management of maintenance reserve processes.
- Responsible for the management of receivables, outstanding payments, and funds throughout the lease term
- Ensure all contract and lease documentation is captured and updated in the company’s corporate management system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant contracts or asset management experience within the Aviation industry.
