My client, a top-tier global aircraft leasing company, is experiencing rapid growth and has an exciting opportunity to be part of a challenging, dynamic, and diverse business environment.
This is a senior appointment where you will provide industry-leading customer service to a global portfolio of customers while contributing significantly to the wider business.
Responsibilities:
This is a broad role where you will be at the forefront of Customer Management and IT. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the integrity of up-to-date aircraft lease data, Accounts Receivables billing, and associated reporting and responding to stakeholder queries.
- Provide leadership, strategy, and planning for the Customer Operations teams.
- Initiate and drive projects for process improvements to streamline the customer experience.
- General management and oversight of processes and internal controls.
- Work collaboratively alongside IT for an improved operational reporting framework.
- Operations Transformations - work collaboratively across the wider business to review and streamline processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate various projects with stakeholders to drive efficiencies and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in implementing transformation programs to drive efficiencies and automation.
- Team leadership and people management experience.
- Aircraft leasing experience in a Contract Management role, or similar, is advantageous.
- Experience with customer service software.
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships. A customer-centric mindset.
- Pro-active communicator.
- Driven and strong work ethic.
